Step 1. Click the "Add to Cart" button next to any item in the online Catalogue of Treasures to place the item in your virtual cart.

Step 2. Click the "View Cart" button located on any Catalogue page to view your virtual cart contents at any time.

Step 3. Ready to check out? Click the "View Cart" button to view your virtual cart. Then, click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to a new screen.

Step 4. To complete your transaction with your major credit or debit card, see the left side of the screen. It will say: Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Click "Continue" and enter your payment information.

OR, if you would prefer to use your PayPal account to complete your transaction, simply log in!

Sales Tax:

At this time, no sales tax will be added to your order.

Shipping and Handling Information:

Orders with merchandise totals under $20.00 will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $5.00.*

Orders with merchandise totals of $20.00 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING and will include shipping insurance for loss or damage.*

All orders are mailed with delivery confirmation.

I can ship to United States addresses only (50 States and District of Columbia).

I make my best effort to ship items within one week of cleared payment. Your order should arrive (approximately) one to two weeks from the date it was shipped. However, I cannot be held responsible for USPS delivery times.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns of decorative soaps or music CDs. All sales of decorative soaps and music CDs are final.

I will gladly refund the purchase price on merchandise (EXCEPT decorative soaps and music CDs) that is in like-new condition and that includes all of its original parts/components IF THE RETURN IS AUTHORIZED within 7 days of the order delivery date. Shipping will not be refunded. For returns of orders that received free shipping due to a merchandise total of $20.00 or more, if a returned item drops the merchandise total of the order to under $20.00, I will refund the purchase price of the item, less a five dollar shipping fee.

All returns must first be authorized by me before they will be processed. To authorize a return, please contact me at lbriggs@oceandaydreams.com within 7 days of the order delivery date (as recorded by the USPS delivery confirmation service included on the order). In your email, please include the identification number for the item(s) that you are returning as well as the reason(s) for the return.

I will respond to your email return request in approx. 1-2 days. If your return request is authorized, you may ship the items that you wish to return back to me, along with the original item packaging materials (such as jewelry/gift boxes). Please note that I will not refund return shipping amounts.

In order for a return to be processed, the returned merchandise must reach me in undamaged, like-new condition with all of its original parts/components. Please be aware that any returned items that do not meet these criteria will NOT be refunded.

Because I cannot be responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in the mail, you may wish to consider including shipping insurance and/or delivery confirmation on your return.

If you paid for your order with a major credit/debit card or Paypal account, upon receiving your returned merchandise, your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account will be credited the amount of the returned merchandise price.

Other Details

Please note that most items listed in the catalogue are available in very limited quantities, and many items are one-of-a-kind. If an item is out of stock, this will be reflected in the order summary that appears when you begin to checkout (if paying by credit/debit card). Please review your order summary carefully before completing checkout. If you are paying by check or money order, I will notify you by email of any out of stock items.

Please be sure to double-check your shipping address for accuracy before submitting your order. I cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

Display cards or racks are sometimes used to showcase items in catalogue pictures. These cards and racks are not included with the purchase of the items that they are pictured with. Jewelry items depicted as having metal components (such as silver, gold, etc.) are made from standard or plated metals and are not genuine gold, silver, etc.

Please note that the miniatures listed for sale on this website are NOT TOYS. They are NOT intended for children. The miniatures are intended for use by adults and for display in fine miniature displays ONLY.

I have put my best effort into providing clear descriptions and pictures for each of the items in the catalogue. Before purchasing items, please be sure to check the information sections that appear at the top of each catalogue page, as well as the individual item descriptions and item pictures, for important details on sizes and materials.
